Why can't I find a pain doctor in Keani and soldotna?

I have been living here for two months and can't find anyone for pain! EVERY DOCTOR WON'T TAKE A APPOINTMENT! Where does one go? I am out of meds I only have a few antidepressants left and absolutely no pain meds left! what do i do go shot myself! I hurt . I have spinal stinosis 4 herniated disks in my lower back a herniated disk in my neck. I have had 4 surgeries on my hands an yes by the way I was a health care professional.
