Dr. Kirkland graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1987 and completed training and practiced Internal Medicine before completing her psychiatric training at WFU/Baptist Medical Center. She is was board certified in Internal Medicine in 1999 and retains current board certification in both Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. Her practice focuses in the Outpatient treatment of adults, children and adolescents.
